Dr Orap graduated in Manila , Philippines and graduated as fellow of paediatric society in the Philippines . She moved to Australia in 2006 and worked at Canberra Hospital, Westmead Children's Hospital and Blacktown / Mt. Druitt Hospital. She moved to Perth in 2016 to pursue general practice .

Rochelle's special interest are children's health, women's health, travel medicine and general medicine.
